We are a professional manufacturer of various bags and hats. Currently, we cooperate with countries from the United States, Europe, and South America. We have our own design team.

What's your sample policy？
For some of our existing samples, they are for free with freight collect. For customized samples, the sample fee could be refunded after the bulk order. The sample lead time is 3-10 days.

What's your minimum order quantity？
Our standard MOQ is 1,000 pieces (or sets) per item for customized designs. However, we can accept a lower MOQ of 100 pieces per size. For items we have in stock, there is no MOQ.

Can l put my logo on the items？
Sure, we can make the logo by heat transfer, silkscreen printing, silicon printing, embroidered... just need the vector Al logo file.

Do you have a designer？
Yes, our design team can make the design according to your idea.

What's the production lead time？
Normally, 35-50 days after receiving the deposit and all the details confirmed.

What's your payment terms？
T/T with 30% deposit, and the balance against the copy of BL; L/C at sight.

How do you control your products quality？
We have QA & QC department, and all the products will be 100% checked before packing. You can also send your Qc a team or ask a 3rd party to inspect the products before shipping.
